Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the full spectrum of kitchen management including:
– Ensuring efficient kitchen operations
– Maintaining a high standard of quality control, hygiene and safety
– Managing and controlling food cost
– Supervising food preparation
– Menu planning

Requirements:
• 5 years of progressive kitchen work experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Must be a highly energetic, hands-on team player
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure


Assistant Youth Manager
Responsibilities:
• Managing the daily operations of the Youth Department including bowling alley, game zone, birthday parties, recreation camps and classes
• Assisting all Youth outlets in meeting their financial targets and maintaining Member satisfaction
• Assisting in the development of new services and deliverables
• Managing a team of 45 full- and part-time staff

Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in a child related discipline
• At least 2 years or more in a supervisory role
• Prior experience in the hospitality or service related industry preferred
• Good knowledge of customer service, event and business management
• Sharp, energetic and creative, with a genuine passion for working with children
• Team player with leadership qualities and ability to motivate people and create a positive work environment


Swimming Coach (Full Time/Part Time)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a strong background in swimming instruction and event organization. The candidate is expected to have a sound knowledge of swimming skills and will be required to teach our program with enthusiasm offering correction and encouragement to students at all times. We also require the candidate to have communication skills and a willingness to develop professionally.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct and ensure all swimming programs and events are delivered at the highest standards
• Actively drive new opportunities in increasing swimming program enrolment
• Assist with the delivery of events as per the annual calendar
• Assist with the delivery of safety standards in and around the pool deck.
• Assist the Aquatics Program Coordinator with administrative duties

Requirements:
• Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications
• At least two years experience in both coaching and  Learn to Swim programs within the aquatics industry
• Relevant and current industry qualifications in coaching and CPR and first aid are essential
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills with a focus on quality customer service
• Experience in swim school administration
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Singapore authorities require all travellers (including those transiting Singapore) to have at least six months validity remaining on their passports
• Part time position candidates must already live in Singapore


Maintainence Technician
• Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance for building services, i.e., ACMV, kitchen equipment
and electrical system
• Handle other maintenance duties assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum NITEC (NTC 2/3) in Air-conditioning, Building Services or Electrical Services
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in facilities management with good hands-on experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to perform shift work (5 days work)

Junior Sous Chef (Local Section)
• Reporting to the Chef De Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the wok section of an
international cafe

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a F&B kitchen
• At least 2 years in a supervisory position
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with good organizational skills
• Knowledge of local and Asian food specialties


Cooks (Local, Western) (Several positions)
Requirements:
• Preferably with some experience in a F&B kitchen
