EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and/or implements operating procedures and standards
  • Coordinates the activities of housekeeping supervisors and 40 full-time housekeeping staff
  • Coordinates inspections for all areas of the Clubhouse to ensure standards are met
  • Trains, schedules and evaluates performance of the Housekeeping Team
  • Takes charge of all Clubhouse festive/club event decorations, as well as flower arrangements
  • Coordinates with all departments in The Club related to housekeeping matters
  • Sets and adheres to the annual budget

Requirements

  • A recognised diploma with at least 10 years' experience in the hospitality or related industry
  • Able to work independently in a very dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent leadership and people management skills
  • A solid team player, mature and self-driven

LIFEGUARD

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to supervise swimming activities in and around the pool
  • Ensure safety rules are being observed by pool users
  • Inspects and maintain pool, equipment and water

Requirements

  • Possess a valid CPR & Lifesaving certification
  • Lifeguarding and pool attending experience an advantage
  • Competent swimmer
  • Ability to work under a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Must be able to perform shift duties.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
