Art Talk - The Spirit of Vietnamese Art

To complement the show of Vietnamese artworks displayed on The Club’s walls in January and February, ArtBlue Studio will take us on an insightful journey to learn more about Vietnamese art. Like the many facets of the rich contemporary Vietnamese culture, find out how these paintings demonstrate the multiplicity of forms and techniques that have developed through the centuries from the intermixing of traditional Vietnamese and European cultures and philosophies. It is also in this spirit that you are encouraged to explore The Spirit of Vietnamese Art and to discover the ever-changing face of Vietnam.

Joining us that evening will be the Ambassador of Vietnam and the former curator of Singapore Art Museum, Patricia De La Motte.

Come and walk on the red carpet at the 84th Academy Awards, live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. Get your friends together to cheer for your favorite artists and enjoy the equally elegant breakfast spread prepared especially for you! Tickets include a glass of complimentary bubbly upon arrival.

St. Patrick's Day Bash

The American Club is going green this March, and by green we mean St Patrick’s green! Join us as we celebrate all things Irish, from hearty food, and bold stout to good old fashioned shenanigans! With free flow of wine, beer and Guinness, sumptuous buffets in the Colonial Room, Eagle’s Nest and The 2nd Floor, and great music, this Club-wide event is going to be just grand!

So round up your shams, gear up in green, and head down to The Club for a party to remember.
