The Club’s Gym is here to help all our Members reach their fitness goals. Whether you have been training for many years, or are brand new to exercise our Team of qualified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors can support you on your journey to a fitter, healthier you!
We have a wide selection of state-of-the-art cardio and weight resistance equipment on the Gym floor, plus a dedicated Group Fitness studio. Work out on your own, in one of our Group Fitness classes or with a Personal Trainer of your choice.

Personal training is a fantastic way to get customised instruction on a one-on-one or small group basis. Exercising in a group brings an extra dimension to your workout. It’s about going through an experience together, and then being able to share it afterwards! Our Group Fitness program has a full compliment of Cardio, Resistance Training and Mind/Body workouts to suit everyone’s taste. Come in and try a new class today.
Group Fitness classes are charged on a per class basis. You can purchase a prepaid GF card for $50 for 10 classes, or pay on a casual basis at $7.50 per class. Members can bring one guest per class for an additional $10.

Power Circuit by Deen!
Our very own Personal Trainer Deen who is a certified Boot Camp Instructor and conducts circuit training actively will be delivering this experience to you!
So come start your day on an exercise session to optimize your heart rate and physical function! This fast paced and high intensity circuit is designed to improve your muscular strength, core stability & balance, agility and push you beyond your fitness level. Going through a series of exercise stations and minimizing rest intervals, this will elevate your cardiovascular and muscular endurance!
The format will involve a 10-minute warm up, 30-minute circuit and 10-minute cool down/stretching exercises. This class is best suited for people of moderate to high fitness levels.
Come join us for a fun and high intensity workout aimed at helping you push your limits.
7:00 a.m. – 7:50 a.m.
Member: $7.50 per class or purchase the GF package at $50 for 10 sessions
Minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 participants for optimal instruction
(Sign up for class on every Friday before the following week's class)
