Overview:

 

The Club’s Gym is here to help all our Members achieve their fitness goals. We have a wide selection of cardio and weight resistance equipment plus a dedicated Group Fitness studio. Our gym is also equipped with a Wireless sound system connecting a variety of TV and music channels for your viewing and listening pleasure. 

 

Whether you are a beginner or intermediate (regular) exerciser, looking for sport-specific or rehabilitative training, our team of qualified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors can support you on your journey to a fitter, healthier you!

 
To get you started, our Personal Trainer will conduct a Health Screening followed by a Fitness Assessment for you to determine your base fitness level using the Micro Fit system, which measures your:

 

·         Weight/Height

·         Body Composition

·         Blood Pressure

·         Body Fat Percentage

·         Back Flexibility

·         Bicep Strength

 

Our trainer will then be able to advise and guide you towards your fitness goals. It is also recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine that a health history screening be done prior to engaging in physical activity to promote safety and prevent injuries during exercise.

Monday to Friday:  6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday & PH:  6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.


Gym Guidelines:

 

In the interest of all users at the gym, here are some guidelines and information for all:

·         Please return all weights to their proper spaces after use

·         For hygiene purposes, please wipe down the machines after use

·         Allow other users to use the machines/equipment in between your sets

·         Do not slam your weights

·         Studio 1 will not be available for personal use during Group Fitness classes

·         Guests are charged $35 per person for day entry

·         Guests should be 16 years old and above
