Director of Club Services
Graduated with a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management, Carol joined The Club in July 1998. In the nine years, she has acquired substantial knowledge of The Club through her involvement in various departments. Carol was part of the Events Management team before being promoted to be the Banquet and Catering Manager and in the recent four years, she took the leap to expand her Club experience as the Communication Manager. In that role, Carol has successfully brought her team to a higher level of creativity with the development of The Club’s website, magazine, on-line news, F&B menus, Member festive greeting cards, and more.

With her friendly disposition and ability to work with diverse personalities, she’s excited to lead the Club Services Team that includes Marketing & Communication, Essentials, Energy, Library, and Travel Desk.
