With diners such as Queen Elizabeth II, King Juan Carlos, and a string of Arabian Princes and Canadian Premiers, Chef Esmeraldo Oteruelo has cooked for some of the world’s most discerning palates. Chef Esmeraldo has chalked up more than 30 years of culinary experience from Spain to Switzerland, Canada to Singapore. Since Chef Esmeraldo became Executive Chef 6 years ago, we have seen The Club's Food & Beverage quality soar, not to mention stunning table and plate presentation, and menu innovation. Originally from Spain, but calling Canada home for many years, Chef E has chosen to make Singapore his base for the past 8 years. Esmeraldo has stepped up to a new set of challenges and is now in charge of our Food and Beverage department, as Director of Food and Beverage/Executive Chef.
