Michael Ibrahim
Food & Beverage Director of Service
Michael joined The Club as its Food and Beverage Director of Service in August 2008. He is a hospitality professional with over 20 years of broad-based management experience in hotel, resort, casino, cruise ship, and airline in-flight service operations, both in domestic and international sectors. From the start of his career, Michael’s passion for the hospitality industry became ingrained into his personality and demeanor.
With international experience in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean, Michael’s track record includes Executive Operating Committee management roles as Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager in premier organizations including Ritz–Carlton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Caesars Entertainment, and Royal Caribbean.
Michael holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and is a certified training professional in public health/food hygiene, food safety administration and alcohol awareness.
Michael hails from Chicago, U.S.A., and is very happy to be in Singapore.
