Alex Betts

My personal training experience with Alex has been amazing. We have surpassed all my goals and more in the 2 years I’ve been with him.

 

For the first year, we worked out 1-2 times per week. Coupled with his easy to follow nutrition advice, I lost 5kg. In our second year, Alex enabled me to drop another 2kg and 14.9 inches. My previously elevated cholesterol level has also returned to normal. I believe these numbers are the best testimony to his expertise as a superb health & fitness trainer.

 

Alex’s workouts are carefully planned to achieve results while staying fun and varied. He is a caring trainer that has a sincere and personal interest in people’s health. I am extremely thankful to have met and train with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to be healthy and fit.
