How far in advance should I book my party?
We recommend booking 2-3 months prior to your preferred date. It is helpful when you call us to have multiple potential dates.

What type of parties do you offer?
The key factor in determining what is offered in a party is the child’s age. This determines what type of party or venue is most suitable for your child. There are a number of themes that we provide. If you have a specific theme you would like for your party, please let us know and we will try and accommodate it. These are the recommended themes for each age group:
2 -6-years-old: Music & Games (parents’ involvement required for children under 4 years old)
4 -7- years-old: Magic Show, Clown/Juggler, Balloon artist with games, Bowling.
5 -10-years-old: Bowling, Swimming, Paint (nail painting).
8 -10- years-old: Dance Party with dance routine
13 -16-years-old: Disco Party with DJ
Do you offer customized or standard party programs?
Yes , we do offer standardized packages. c Customized parties are also available. The usual party program begins with entertainment followed by food and cake cutting. Each party will run for 2 hours.
Do you offer packages? And how much are they per person?
We do not have a package deal that is on a per person basis,. However, there is a minimum spending required depending on the venue requested. For each venue there is a standard organization fee for a 2-hour party . This varies based on whether your party is organization fee is $105 on a weekday or and $155 for a weekend event party. The organization fee includes a 3lb s. cake, a personalized birthday poster-A1 size, 30 number of helium balloons , staffing, and simple decorations (no theme decorations). Entertainment/activities, food and beverage are charged on top of the fee and pricing for these activities is indicated on the reservation form.
Am I able to bring home-cooked/outside food and beverage to my party? Can I pack and take away left over food and beverage from the party?
Club by-laws prohibit outside food and beverage from being brought into t The Club unless there is a valid medical reason. All leftover food and beverages are not allowed to be packed and taken away for health and safety reasons.
My guest is not a Member, can they enter The Club and where can they park their vehicle? Are helpers allowed to enter The Club and accompany children throughout the party?
A guest list template will be given to you that can be filled out with the names of your guests,
both Members and non-members. Once your list is finalized it will be placed at the Concierge Desk. Non-member guests will be stopped by Club personnel to check that their name is on the list and will then be directed to the party venue.
Non-Members may not bring their vehicles into The Club, however, public parking is available along Claymore Hill and there is parking available at DFS. Guests’ amahs/helpers are allowed to enter and accompany children throughout the party, but must sign in at the Concierge Desk.
How far ahead do I need to confirm/finalize details?
To avoid disappointment, bookings for entertainers/entertainment need to be confirmed upon submission of your reservation form as they are subject to availability.
I don’t know how much food & beverage to order as I don’t have RSVP/headcount/finalized number of children and adults coming to the party.
For food & beverage, we will require your preliminary order 3 weeks prior to the party. Orders can be increased/decreased based on RSVP up to 7 working days prior to the party. Should you have poor RSVP, we will help you to gauge the amount of food & beverage needed for the party based on the number of invites that you’ve sent out.
What choice do I have in terms of cake and poster design and how far ahead do I need to finalize these details?
Cake and poster design must be submitted with your reservation form and are subject to availability. You may bring your own designs for posters and cakes, however, cake sizing and pricing may change depending on how intricate your designs are.
Can I provide my own theme decoration?
Yes, you may provide your own thematic decorations, however, this applies only to plastic banners, or bunting/flags not more than 5ft by 3ft. You can also provide your own paper plates, cups, napkins, forks and spoons. Please provide us more details on your ideas so that we can help you decorate.
Do you provide the sound system, CDs, and CD player for the party?
Yes, we will provide a sound system and music for room parties only. You are most welcome to bring your own music for the party.
For a swimming party, do I have a choice of pool inflatable and how long will the pool inflatable will be up in the pool ? What happen if it’s raining or thundering? Do you have contingency plans?
Yes, you do have a choice of inflatable, subject to inflatable availability. Pool inflatables are up for one hour and unfortunately, no extension time is allowed. In the case of thunder the pool will be closed. In these cases the Bowling Alley will be used as the contingency plan with lanes subject to availability.
What is the requirement to have cosmic or glow in the dark bowling?
Cosmic bowling can only be booked upon availability, however, you must book all 8 lanes. Please contact the Bowling Alley at 6739-4392 for Cosmic bowling bookings.
Am I allowed to host/organize a gathering or birthday party for my child? What are the requirements?
Yes, you can host/organize your own gathering/birthday party for your child. For more details please see the FAQ’s on hosting your own party.
I understand that Aquatics has the pool inflatable available on Saturday and Sunday at specific time slots, am I allow to bring my party guests to use the pool inflatable?
Yes, you may join in on the inflatable when it is up, however, please be advised that these are peak hours at the pool and gaining seating for your party may be difficult. Unfortunately,
reserving tables Poolside is not allowed; it is a first come, first served basis.
