Bollywood Dancing
Vidya Mathani has been teaching dance since 2000. Her portfolio includes working with the world famous choreographer, Mr Shiamak Davar and dancing in music videos choreographed by Naach director, Mahesh Mahbubani. A qualified Group Fitness Instructor, Vidya chooses to focus on teaching Bollywood dance moves in an aerobic style class.

Jewelry Art & Creation Workshop for Beginners
Come learn the art of jewelry making from Justina Hong. These workshops are designed especially to help beginners understand the basic techniques in handmade jewelry. The topics include; an introduction to D.I.Y jewelry, the principles of jewelry design, creative development

Belly dancing is a low impact exercise which:

• improves blood circulation
