July: Bodyweight 1-minute Challenge

 
Shake up your fitness routine! Take part in July’s Bodyweight 1-minute challenge and stand a chance to walk away with an attractive prize. Simply complete as many repetitions as possible within 1 minute while assessed by a Club personal trainer. Scores will be updated on the leaderboard located at the Gym by the Club personal trainer.

Terms & Conditions
- Registration is free!
- Register at the Sports Counter for a slot
- Challenge must be assessed by TAC personal trainer
- Minimum age requirement of 12 years
- All Junior Members are required to have gone through The American Club’s Teenage Gym Proficiency Course
