Teens Self Defence Class
If you’ve been thinking of picking up the sport of Taekwondo, these classes are a perfect way to start. Not only do you gain the fundamentals of this invigorating sport, you will also arm yourself with the valuable knowledge of self defence. Build confidence, get fit and gain a heightened sense of self through this brand new program.
