About the Speakers

Dr Sundus Hussain Morgan
Dr. Sundus trained at King’s College London and in General Practice and has been based in Singapore since 2008. She specializes in Lifestyle Medicine and Women’s Health, with a focus on menopause care, and teaches at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Tamara Gerdis, Health Physiotherapist
Tamara has over 20 years of physiotherapy experience, including 15 years specializing in women’s health. She trained at the University of Cape Town and has worked across the UK and Australia, with specialist experience at the Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney. She is a registered physiotherapist in Singapore, the UK, Australia, and South Africa.

Monica Donaldson, Health Physiotherapist
Monica began her career with the UK NHS and has specialized in women’s and pelvic health physiotherapy since 2004. Based in Singapore since 2008, she works in private practice and focuses on empowering clients through movement-based rehabilitation, incorporating Pilates and strength training into her care.
