Bookings are available for standard facials, massages, waxing and nail services and can be made up to a month in advance. Simply log in to your account on The Club’s website or register for one if you have not already done so.

If you would like to book your favorite Therapist, Nail Technician or Hair Technician on a regular basis, you can now do so with our “Standing Appointments”. Spa Etiquette: Cancellation Policy

sên delivers an average of over 1,100 massages, facials and grooming services combined, and more than 2,500 hair and nail services in a given month.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as delays will lead to shortened appointment time. This is to allow the technician to be on time for his or her next appointment. Please allow time for unexpected delays due to traffic and weather conditions.
Your treatment and your provider’s time are reserved specifically for you. Therefore, a 48-hour advance notice is appreciated should you need to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment as anything less than that is subjected to a 50% charge of your services. 'No shows' or cancellations on the day itself will be subjected to a 100% charge.
