Bodyweight Challenge (Nov)

Take part in the Bodyweight challenge to test your strength and endurance!

Simply complete as many repetitions as possible within 1 minute on each exercise while assessed by a TAC personal trainer.

 

November 1 – November 30

 

Exercises:

  1. Squat Hops
  2. Suspended Low Rows
  3. Push ups with Alternate Cross Body Mountain Climbers
CATEGORIES:
Male (16-35 years, 35-50 years, 51 years and up)
Female (16-30 years, 31-50 years, 51 years and up)
 
Terms & Conditions
- Registration is free, reserve your slot at the Sports Counter
- Names of participants will be displayed on leader board chart in the Gym
- Challenge must be assessed by TAC personal trainer
- Register for a slot at the Sports Counter; 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays by appointment only
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years
