Group Fitness



Exercising in a group adds an extra dimension to your workout. Our wide range of classes will inspire you to explore new training styles and techniques, while keeping you motivated with other like-minded Members. It’s about going through an experience together, and then being able to share it afterwards! With low to high intensity classes available, there’s something for everyone.

The Club will implement stricter measures starting Thursday, March 26, 2020, which will be in place until April 30 unless otherwise stated.

Adults’ classes (e.g. group fitness, Masters swim classes) will be capped at 10 participants including the instructor.





- Group Fitness classes are charged on a per class basis. You can purchase a prepaid GF card for $50 for 10 classes, or pay on an ad hoc basis at $7.50 per class.

- Members can bring one guest per class for an additional $10 (please note this is exclusive of the $35 guest fee that all guests must pay to use the gym).
