Personal Trainer Profiles





Shakin is a certified Personal Trainer and an orthopaedic exercise specialist certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He specializes in fitness conditioning, weight management and exercise rehabilitation. He graduated with First Class Honours in BSc Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Essex (UK).


With more than 15 years of experience in personal training, his background not only includes commercial gyms but overseas exposure as a fitness coach in Geneva, Switzerland as well. He has also worked with patients with acute and chronic pain in a joint clinic in Singapore. Shakin also has extensive experience in managing gyms, which includes setting up of operations as well as managing personal trainers.






Michael offers his clients over 20 years of personal training experience and a certification as a Health & Fitness Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine. If you want to reduce body fat, improve strength and flexibility, or just move pain free, Michael will use functional training methods to help you achieve your goals.


Michael can also assist you with rehabilitation and post-injury or surgery programs, and is an experienced pre and post-natal trainer.






Ashton has been a commercial personal trainer for over 13 years. He used to own two boutique gyms and has a wealth of experience in gym management.


He enjoys helping his clients prioritize their health amidst their packed work schedules by developing sustainable workout routines for long-term fitness.



With strong motivational skills, he enjoys encouraging his clients to make exercise a lifestyle and build a healthy mind so that they can focus on the important things in life.






Eric is a veteran in the fitness industry with more than 20 years of experience at Singapore’s largest commercial gyms.



Eric is well versed in a diverse range of fitness techniques including CrossFit, ViPR, TRX and combat training in popular martial arts such as Muay Thai and kickboxing . Eric believes the most effective workout regimes should be tailored for each individual, as everyone has different goals.







Ghazali’s enthusiasm, persistence and support coupled with his wide array of knowledge and training techniques make for an enjoyable and productive workout. Whether it is a high intensity or low impact session, Ghaz always employs a mix of methodologies and introduces fresh exercise to keep boredom and weight at bay. He makes working out fun, interesting yet educational and strongly advocates that a fun workout is always the best workout.






Yattz has over 10 years of personal training experience.


Yattz understands that weight loss is as much about the mental game as it is physical so you will get help in staying motivated and on track to accomplish your goals. Through a combination of training techniques including boxing and suspension training (TRX), Yattz will ensure that your workout is varied to keep you motivated and excited about your next session.






Ewan offers his clients over 15 years of personal training and group fitness experience, having trained a wide variety of clients from sport-specific athletes to novice exercisers.


He especially enjoys working with people who are new to exercise and can design an innovative program for you to achieve weight loss, while strengthening and toning muscles.






Elaine is a certified Personal Trainer from Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF). She is also a certified Pilates instructor and specializes in training special populations clients. Her education background includes a Specialist Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science.


Elaine is one of the most popular trainers on the team and has been with the Club for almost as long as she has been in the fitness industry. Elaine’s training techniques will help those who need assistance with weight loss or rehabilitation especially due to injuries affecting the shoulder, knee and back. Additionally, her knowledge and background in Pilates has proven to be very effective in helping many post-natal clients regain their strengths.






As a fitness enthusiast, Zakaria progressed to be the youngest master trainer in reputable commercial gyms. With more than 12 years of experience both in commercial gyms and as an independent personal trainer, he is driven strongly by his passion for holistic training and corrective exercises.


Specializing in strength and sports conditioning, Zakaria believes in formulating a targeted approach for every client. A born competitor, he is always looking for ways to improve himself to plan better routines for his clients.


Zakaria believes that everyone is capable of pushing past their limits and that they have the potential to achieve more as long as they train hard and have fun. He enjoys seeing his clients grow from strength to strength throughout their fitness journey with him.






With more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Vincent is a veteran in the field of personal training and group coaching. He started as a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. He was then given the opportunity to work in the Sports Medicine Department at Singapore Changi Hospital, where he acquired knowledge on rehabilitation for sports injuries. During his stint there, he also worked with many athletes to improve their mobility and agility. Vincent spent a total of 10 years working in multi-chained fitness clubs as a manager and personal trainer. He is meticulous yet service-oriented; determined to ensure his clients are satisfied and see results.


For injury rehabilitation, his training facilitates recovery of muscles and improves mobility and strength; emulating daily activities within pain- free range of motion. His weight loss and shape up program centers around conditioning exercises, customized technique for individual, coupled with a diet plan that works.






During Flinson’s time in commercial gyms, he has helped clients who led sedentary lifestyles to achieve their goals on weight loss, body fat percentage reduction and gaining muscle mass. He also helped clients who faced various injuries to undergo post rehabilitation and strength and conditioning trainings.


Flinson started his fitness journey at the age of 18 when he got into powerlifting. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science as is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer.






Robert has been a trainer since 2000. He holds several certifications such as Pre and Post Rehab, Pre and Post Natal, Functional Fusion, TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer, Vipr, BOSU Ball, International Kettlebell Sports Federation Academy and Self Myofascial Release Technique Core Certification - Trigger Point Therapy.


He is a holistic Functional Personal Trainer. His aim is to get clients to achieve their goals and reach their optimal potential capabilities, while building a pain free and sustainably functional physique.






Adrian has been in the fitness industry for two decades. He has a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation and has helped many of his clients improve functionality through his exercise programs. Back and knee injuries are his areas of expertise. He believes in building a strong foundation through core stability. To Adrian, consistency is the key to your fitness goals.






If your goals are weight loss and weight management, then Irfan is the one who will help you get the results you want. His other passion lies in martial arts, especially Muay Thai. If you’re looking to take your fitness regime to the next level, trust Irfan to incorporate some components of martial arts into your workout program.






Liza has over two decades of experience in the sports and fitness industry. She specializes in post-rehab, sports injuries, corrective exercises, calisthenics, gymnastics rings and sports performance based programs. Liza also enjoys teaching her clients boxing and footwork techniques.
