We have a dedicated Pilates studio fully equipped with Stott Pilates equipment. We offer reformer based group and private instruction from our certified instructors. Pilates can help you develop better postural alignment, build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. It is ideal for general health, plus sport specific training including tennis, golf and squash. We offer both Private and Group Sessions.


For new users we highly recommend undertaking a private session prior to attending any group sessions so the fundamental movements can be demonstrated.

Class Description:


Mat and Reformer Fusion: brings together the benefits of the Mat and Reformer repertoire and provide a wide spectrum of exercises that will target not just your core, but also toning the arms, thighs and legs. Be prepared to be challenged in your coordination, body awareness and strength.

Power Reformer: everything you can do on a reformer that builds strength and flexibility.


Sculpt and Strength: reformer classes aimed at toning and shaping without building bulk.


Reform Butt and Thighs: pre-choreographed modern adaption of traditional Pilates designed specially to strengthen butt and thighs.


Jumpboard Toning: cardio workout on the reformer that builds your core while emphasising leg work.

  • Annie Agoncillo



Annie’s interest in Pilates started in 2001, and eventually led to her expanding her knowledge through workshops and short courses. A year after, she started teaching freestyle Pilates Mat. In 2004, she took the STOTT PILATES® training (Mat and Equipment) and become a certified Level 1 instructor in 2005. She received her full certification (Level 1 & 2) in 2010.

Annie believes that continued learning is essential for herself as a teacher, because it provides a chance for her to grow, discover and develop her skills. She is happy to say that she is fulfilling it now as a Certified Pilates Instructor with Pilates Academy International.


As a teacher, Annie is focused and loves motivating her students – challenging and teaching them that Pilates is not just another form of exercise, but a unique exercise system that will allow their bodies to move and respond differently and hence reap amazing benefits.

Alvan Chan



Alvan Chan is a qualified Ron Fletcher Pilates and Mat Pilates Academy International instructor, certified personal trainer and sport massage therapist with more than 10 years of experience. He is passionate about imparting Pilates technique to improve his students’ posture, muscle tone and provide post- rehabilitation for injury. He always encourages his students to incorporate physical activities into their lifestyle.

Erick Mendoza



Erick is a Physical Education graduate from the College of Human Kinetics, University of the Philippines majoring in sports. As a varsity player, he trained, competed and won a few medals in the sport of Judo.


His fitness experience ranges from aerobics and gym training from the 1990s where he started as a trainer and eventually managed a club at Fitness First Philippines. He soon became a Master Trainer, training new instructors who wanted to become personal trainers and thereafter managed the fitness department as a National Fitness Manager overlooking 13 clubs. He has previously worked in Saudi Arabia and Dubai and is now teaching Pilates at Options Studios Singapore and sharing his experience and expertise through instructor courses.

Clarissa Ng



Sports and wellness have been a part of Clarissa’s life since she was younger. She has been an active dancer since the age of 9. Her passion spurred her to start her fitness journey, including regular gym sessions, nutrition, before finally pursuing certification.


She realised that one’s health journey is more than the ‘ideal body type’ photo you post on your social media. Talking to friends she met, she realised that many others go through the same mindset.


Clarissa discovered the beauty of Pilates - body awareness, core and flexibility, and started recognising the wonders of the human body. With proper awareness of how one’s body moves and reacts, one is able to train their bodies more efficiently.


Since starting Pilates, Clarissa has learned to appreciate her own body and is continuing to deepen her knowledge in the field. Her wish is to help others to embrace and empower their unique body types for the way it is and promote body positivity.

Jing Jing Cheong

Jing has an avid interests in fitness, she is experimental with different types of sports and implores to improve exercise regimes. 


She has always been fascinated by human anatomy in relation to strength and mobility movement. The awakening to pursue Pilates arrived when she witnessed positive changes of her peers who had scoliosis and spine problems through the teachings of Pilates. 


Pilates has given her the opportunity to understand fitness better. Exercising to improve in overall wellness through deliberated move and balance.


With this passion, Jing has attained certification to formally share the same passion and empower more people to achieve better mobility and physical improvements.

Kimberly Lim 



Kimberly was diagnosed with scoliosis at a very young age and was recommended to start swimming to mobilise the spine. She went into competitive swimming for many years but eventually stopped due to allergic complications from the sun and chlorine. This led her to venture into other activities like weight training but she unfortunately sustained an annular sprain on her lower back during one session. This was a major disruption to her active lifestyle and she had to refrain from doing any high-impact activities for 3 to 4 months – even sitting down or jumping for more than 10 minutes brought pain.


During this down-time, Kimberly was recommend to do Pilates for rehabilitation for about 4-5 times a week. She found that Pilates helped to improve her lower back strength and she no longer suffered from pain as long as she limited her flexion exercises. Since then, she has been very careful in exercising good posture and form in her day-to-day life.


Inspired by the changes she saw in her own body, Kimberly decided to get her teaching certification in Pilates to spread her knowledge and experience to others. Her vision is to empower people to reap the benefits of Pilates and help them gain better control and mobility in their bodies. Her enthusiasm and love of the method is evident to everyone who comes her way.

    Charmaine Ang



  • Growing up with bad postural habits and a lack of body awareness, together with the gruelling demands of her corporate job in Legal and Compliance, Charmaine suffered from years of constant knee and back pain. She was first recommended by a physiotherapist ten years ago to Pilates as a form of rehabilitation. Not only did the pain gradually went away, her body felt lighter, and her energy levels improved. Before that, Charmaine tried several forms of therapy, but nothing else struck a chord like Pilates.


  • Passionate about the transformative impact of Pilates, Charmaine decided to pursue Pilates to share with others on its benefits as a lifestyle. She firmly believes that each body is uniquely different, and her goal is to inspire and empower clients to be the best version of themselves.
