The Club has implemented the SafeEntry digital check-in system. Please scan the QR code at the Club entrance and submit your declaration. Members are also reminded to fill up the Travel & Health Declaration Form in advance prior to hair cut appointments.

F.A.Q.

My child below the age of 12, has a scheduled haircut appointment, can I accompany my child? 
Yes, if your child is below the age of 12 years old, and has a scheduled haircut appointment, you may accompany your child to the hair salon, and wait at the hair salon. Moving around to other parts of the Clubhouse is not permitted. 

I have a scheduled haircut appointment, can I bring my children or family members to the hair salon with me?
No, access to the Clubhouse is permitted for the Member with the scheduled haircut appointment only. Companions will not be permitted to enter The Club.

Can I head to sên Spa personally to make a hair cut appointment?
No, hair cut appointments may only be made in advance via hotline (6739-4449) or email spa@amclub.org.sg. Online booking via the website has also been disabled for the time being.

Can I park my car at the Club car park after June 2?
No, only Members who have pre-booked hair appointments at sên may park their car at the Club car park (Level one only). Apart from the hair salon, all other Club outlets are closed.

 

 

Extension Of Club Vouchers

All Club vouchers (e.g. birthday vouchers, dining vouchers) that expired between April and June will be extended for another two months from the date of Club re-opening. For more information or enquiries, please email membership@amclub.org.sg.

Our contactless laundry service has resumed. Stay home and stay safe - We'll pick up your laundry and have your freshly washed sheets and clothes dropped off at your home. Click here to access the online form.

Please settle your Club bills via check (Address to "The American Club"), or Internet Banking (supported by DBS, OCBC, UOB, Citibank and Standard Chartered) and indicate your Membership number under 'Reference Number'. Alternatively, Members can also make payment by applying for GIRO (download GIRO form) or by making a Telegraphic Transfer.
