Bring Your Own Bags

As part of our efforts to reduce plastic use around the club, Members are encouraged to bring their own bags for shopping and to-go items. Reusable and thermal bags will also be available for purchase.

Plastic bags will be available only upon request and will be charged at 10 cents each from Monday, March 25, 2024.

Recycling Initiative with Moulmein-Cairnhill Citizen’s Consultative Committee

In a bid to uphold its commitment to sustainable practices, the Club is working on a recycling initiative with the Moulmein-Cairnhill Citizen’s Consultative Committee under its Our Green MoCa (OGM) program.

With this partnership, the Club’s plastic milk bottles will be sent for recycling to create sustainable structures such as furniture for public places to be enjoyed by local residents.
