About sên Online
sên Online will be available beginning April 1. Whether it’s a relaxing massage, facial, manicure or pedicure, sên Online has you covered. Your next spa experience is just a couple of clicks away.

1.    How do I make an online reservation?
You will need to be a registered user of The Club website. Your online account allows you access to all secured sections of The Club’s website. While many Members have already created their account online, there are many who have not yet gotten around to it. Please refer to the information below on how to set up an account.

2.    What are sên’s operation hours?
sên operates from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sundays.
sên Online  runs 24/7, 365 days a year, allowing you access beyond our operating hours. For service inquiries, we are open only during operating hours.

3.    How far in advance should I schedule appointments?
You could schedule your appointment as far as a month in advance.

4.    Can I submit a spa appointment online?
Yes, sên Online makes it easy to book a spa appointment online. Once you make a reservation, you will be prompted to confirm the booking. Only after you confirm the booking will a confirmation be sent you via email.

5.    Do I require a credit card to book online?
No. All services rendered are billed directly to Membership account unless you cancel within the permissible grace period.

6.    I noticed that not all services are available online?

We have placed the most popular standard alacarte services online. Not all services are available for booking online due to the complexity of scheduling and delivery for different services, for example: One individual’s hair treatment may take 30 minutes compared to someone else’s 60 minutes.


7.    Can I request a therapist or technician online?
The available slots will also reflect the names of the available technician/therapist. If you have a preferred therapist or technician, please browse the available slots carefully and choose accordingly.

8.    Why don’t I see my favorite therapist available online?
Your favorite therapist may not be available as he/she may have prior reservations with another Member.  

9.    Can I book more than one service at a time?
Yes you can, however it is important to confirm one service before re-entering your preferred date and looking to book an additional service.

10.    Can I change my booking(s)?
Yes. You may change your spa booking(s) in accordance with the sên’s cancelation policy. To do so, contact the Spa directly at 6739-4449 to request your change.

11.    How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Canceling or rescheduling an appointment should be done directly with the Spa at 6739-4449.

12.    What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are running late for an appointment, the spa will do what it can to provide as much of the treatment in the time remaining. This may mean that a 60-min massage is shortened to a 45-min massage so that the next Member receives their full treatment on time. It is the Member’s responsibility to arrive on time so we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes ahead of your booking.

13.    What happens if I miss my appointment?
You will still be billed for the appointment even though no services were rendered. This is to cover the therapist’s time which may have gone into someone else’s treatment.

14.    Can I cancel my appointment?
A confirmed booking is subject to a 48-hour cancelation policy. This means that the time and date cannot be changed within 48 hours of the appointment date.

Account Registration on Club Website
1.    How do I register on the Club website?
The following is a step-by-step procedure to create your account. Should you encounter any difficulty, please contact Ms Jacklyn Ong at jacklyno@amclub.org.sg.

- Visit The Club website: www.amclub.org.sg
- Click on “Register” located under "MEMBER LOGIN" at the lower right hand corner
- Enter your first name and last name, as indicated on your Membership card
- Use your 7 digit alpha-numeric Membership number (for example: A123400), as indicated on your Membership card
- Enter your birth date in the MM.DD.YYYY format (with full stops in between)
- Enter your preferred user name and password
- Enter a current email address that you are using regularly
- Select your nationality and gender
- If everything is successfully completed above, you will receive a notification message in your registered email address.

2.    How do I gain access to My Profile/My Bookings?
To access your information, you have to sign into your account. Click on "PROFILE UPDATE " which is located at the mid right of the home page.

If you are a returning Member, fill in the "Member Log-in" information followed by a click on “PROFILE UPDATE”.

You should see a link to all your Account Details.

3.    What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username or password?
If you cannot remember your password please click on "Forgot your Password?" which is located under the Member Login box. Here you must enter the email address which is linked to you Club account. You password will be sent to your registered email address.
