Through the Valley: The Art of Living and Leaving Well

Dr. Wan tackles the sensitive and potentially upsetting issue of ageing and death with grace, humor and kindness. We are so afraid to discuss about death and aging, which is an inevitable fact of life. In this book, he covers topics such as tips to help you age gracefully, reflection on death and dying, having “die-logues”, handling grief and also helping others who are grieving. With his wide knowledge of people, varied background and myriad experiences, join us as Dr Wan shares about this book.

Registration and walk-ins are welcome.
