Mini Duathlon Challenge

 

Push yourself to your limit with March's fitness challenge. Participants who complete both stations with the shortest timings will walk away with an attractive prize!

 

March 5 – March 30

 

Stations:

1. Upright / Recumbent / Spin Bike - 10 kilometres

2. Treadmill - 2.4 kilometers

 

Categories:

Males: 16 to 35 years

Males: 36 to 50 years    

Males: 51 years and above 

 

Females: 16 to 30 years

Females: 31 to 50 years

Females: 51 years and above

 

Terms & Conditions

• Register your participation at the Sports Counter. Registration is free!

• Slots available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Challenges must be assessed by our personal trainer/s

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
